By accessing or using Modern Minuteman (“the Service”), a brand of Statecraft Systems LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

Modern Minuteman provides educational courses, training campaigns, and related content focused on civic defense skills, decision-making, cooperation, and statecraft.
Use of Service
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service.
Account Responsibilities

- You must provide accurate and complete information
- You must not share your account credentials

You may not:

- Share course access or materials with non-enrolled individuals
Course Enrollment and Payment
Payment
- All fees are in USD unless otherwise stated
- Payment is processed securely through Stripe
- You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees
Refund Policy
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds.
Once you enroll in a course or campaign, you have immediate access to materials and cannot receive a refund. Please carefully review course descriptions before purchasing.
Access to Materials
- Course access is granted upon successful payment
- Access duration varies by course (specified in course description)
- We reserve the right to modify or discontinue courses with reasonable notice
Live Sessions and Recordings
- Live training sessions are scheduled at specific times
- Recordings are provided when available
- We are not responsible for technical issues preventing attendance
- You may not record or redistribute live sessions
User-Generated Content
If you participate in discussions or submit content:
- You grant us a license to use, reproduce, and display your content
- You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of your content
- We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms
Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:
- The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
- Defects will be corrected
- The Service is free of viruses or harmful components
- Results from using the Service will meet your requirements
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STATECRAFT SYSTEMS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
