Terms of Service
Effective: December 2025
Modern Minuteman is operated by Statecraft Systems LLC, a Florida limited liability company. By using this service, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
The Service
Modern Minuteman provides training and community infrastructure for civic readiness. The service includes:
-
→
Muster — Entry course. $150 one-time. Lifetime access to course materials.
-
→
The Formation — Ongoing membership. $75/month or $200/quarter. Weekly calls, resource library, operations catalog, peer accountability.
-
→
Field Notes — Free podcast. No account required.
This is lawful civic resilience training only. No security services. No partisan operations. No clandestine activity. Everything we do is publicly defensible.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old. You must provide accurate information. One account per person.
Money
Payments: All payments are processed through Stripe in USD. You authorize us to charge your payment method for the amounts you agree to.
Subscriptions: Formation subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel anytime from your Stripe billing portal. Cancellation stops future charges but doesn't trigger refunds for the current period.
Refunds: All sales are final. No refunds. You get immediate access to materials upon purchase, so there's nothing to "return." Review the offering carefully before you buy.
After cancellation: You keep access to recordings released during your subscription period. You lose access to live calls and new content.
The Attention Policy
We treat attention as a commons. This means:
-
→
No global chat. We don't host open discussion channels.
-
→
Async communication through AARs, scheduling, and artifacts only.
-
→
No status-seeking. No debate without ownership. No punditry.
-
→
Violations result in removal. No warnings, no appeals drama.
This is not a community for discussion. It's a structure for action.
