How It Works

  • Async by AAR only: No global chat. We publish AARs and complete work.
  • Crew rooms are optional: Small Signal groups for execution, not discussion.
  • Two lanes: Solo (default) or Crew (when you're ready to lead).
02 Graduation

Graduation is computable. Either you have the evidence or you don't. No subjective evaluation.

Complete one operation within 30 days. File an AAR (After-Action Report) that passes review.

Crew Lead

Form a crew. Charter it. Complete a 90-day operation with 3+ participants.

    What if I miss a Saturday call?

    Calls are recorded and added to the library. The live call is where accountability happens, but you won't miss the content.

    What's the time commitment?

    45 minutes weekly for the call. Beyond that, it depends on your operation. Most starter operations take 2-4 hours total.

    What happens if I leave Formation?

    You keep access to all recordings from your time in the cohort. You lose access to live calls and new content.

    What's an AAR?

    After-Action Report. A structured 5-item document: What you did, Action taken, Evidence of delivery, Cost (time/money), Next action with owner and date.
