Operations Catalog

Pre-defined operations with clear objectives and deliverables. Pick one. Execute. File your AAR.

01 How It Works

1. Pick

Choose an operation that fits your situation. Start with something small and achievable.

2. Execute

Complete the operation. Produce the deliverable. Document your process.

3. Report

File an AAR (After-Action Report): What, Action, Evidence, Cost, Next.

Complete one operation with a passing AAR to reach L1 Operator status. See the full standard →

02 Operation Scope Tiers

Operations scale from quick solo tasks to extended crew projects. Start small, build capability, then tackle larger scope.

First operations. Single session, clear deliverable, immediate feedback. Most catalog ops are this tier.

  • Emergency Contact Tree
  • Local Supplier Map
STANDARD

1-2 weeks · Solo/Duo

Multi-session operations requiring planning, execution across days, and coordination with others.

  • Buyer's Club Probe
  • Court-Watch Series
  • Neighborhood Mapping
ADVANCED

30-90 days · Crew

Extended projects requiring sustained coordination. Formation members only. Crew Lead graduation requirement.

  • Community Emergency Network
  • Local Resilience Assessment
  • Mutual Aid Structure

The progression: Average citizen → Muster drills → Starter operations → Standard operations → Advanced crew projects → Modern Minuteman.
